When plugged in, the Smart Baby Monitor's battery life is unlimited. When unplugged, the removable battery takes over so that you can move your product without stoppage. It lasts about one hour when you are streaming audio and/or video and using alerts. When the device is closed, with the video turned off, the battery life can last for up to two hours.
When the Smart Baby Monitor is connected to the Internet, there is no range limit at all; you can monitor your baby from anywhere, as long as your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is connected to the Internet (over Wi-Fi or over the cellular network). When your Smart Baby Monitor is outside the home Wi-Fi network, it connects automatically over Bluetooth to your iOS device and the range limit is about 15 metres.
Yes. You can have as many Smart Baby Monitor as you like, connected to as many iOS and Android devices as you own. If you need to monitor several babies, you can do this by going to "Settings" > "My baby monitor" on the WithBaby app. If you want to connect to a Smart Baby Monitor from a different device, launch the WithBaby app and everything is done automatically.
Yes. You can have as many Smart Baby Monitors as you prefer, connected to as many iOS devices as you own. But, to maintain a high quality of service, we limit the number of simultaneous feeds to three.
No. The Smart Baby Monitor connects directly over Wi-Fi. So, unlike other baby monitoring technology, there is no possibility that your Wi-Fi connectivity will be impaired.

It is generally recommended that the temperature is kept at around 18°C (64°F) and that the humidity is between 50% and 70%. The 'Monitoring' switch is displayed on the menu screen of the WithBaby app. Its actions are the same as the switch located in the video screen navigation bar. Once it is switched off, you can't watch or hear your baby or receive alerts. However, the Smart Baby Monitor is still turned on. So, at this time, another user can still connect to the baby monitor, or receive push alerts.
When you answer a call on your iPhone or Android device, the sound of your baby's room is stopped. However, in the case of noise or motion, you continue to be alerted via a notification message.
