We do not offer 24 hour delivery but we do offer express delivery with a delivery time of 1-2 working days from shipment.
What is Withings' return and refund policy?
You may return your product for one of two reasons:
- The device is defective and may need to be replaced.
- You make use of your right of withdrawal; however, for hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for U-Scan Nutrio.
Customers are responsible for return costs if the product is not defective. If you have any concerns, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
