2. Upgrade parts & optimize performance
Any necessary hardware and parts are replaced to guarantee optimal performance, and the product is updated with the latest software version. We then conduct comprehensive testing to verify that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections operate correctly.
3. Functional testing and verification
Each product undergoes a battery health test, followed by product-specific functional testing to ensure the same accuracy and reliability as our new products. For instance, we conduct tests like temperature sensing and ECG monitoring on a watch to validate sensor precision.
4. Aesthetic inspection and grading
Our grading system assesses the appearance of products. While all products function like new, they may show varying degrees of cosmetic imperfections. Each product is listed with its grade and a description, and comes packaged with new accessories like chargers and cables.

Our refurbished products come from customer returns, and display models from trade shows and retail locations. These devices, typically already in excellent condition, undergo rigorous inspection and refurbishment to meet our high standards. Each product is graded from A to D based on its appearance, with A being like new and D having some cosmetic imperfections. All items are carefully restored to function like new before resale, whether lightly used or minimally handled.

What do the grades correspond to?
Grade A Excellent: This product is either unused or has seen very minimal use. It may have small, barely noticeable defects visible within 30cm and only under certain reflections, located only on the sides or back of the device.
Grade B Very good: This product has had very little use. Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present on the front of the product, visible within 30cm, such as micro-scratches or specks. Additional slight defects might be found on the sides or back of the device.
Grade C Good: The device has been used and shows some signs of wear, with visible marks of use being acceptable. Cosmetic defects visible within 30cm can be present on the front of the device, such as scratches on the glass, minor blemishes, and small, isolated stains. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the device.
Grade D Fair: The device has been used and shows noticeable signs of wear, with visible marks of use being acceptable. In addition to the defects that may be present in the “C” grade, a higher number of scratches on the front (such as the center plate on the front of the scale) is permitted. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the device.
